Shipping And Handling

All in stock items will be dispatched the next day and should be received within 7 working days, during very busy periods or if a product is out of stock, despatch may be longer. We will inform you promptly if an item is delayed for any reason. Please note if you pay by cheque, your items will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

Standard UK Delivery – For delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland postage and packing charges are £ 3.50 for all orders under £50. Orders over £50 are FREE.

If you require a delivery within 48 Hrs within the UK ( England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding the Highlands and islands) this can be arranged at a further cost of £6.00.

Please note that we are only able to deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is unavailable at this time.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, return the item in its original packaging within 30 days – in perfect condition – and we will refund or replace the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

There is no need to contact us prior to returning an item, but please ensure that you provide your full name and address in the parcel when you return the item. Please note that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our store. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate be obtained when returning any part of your order. Free certificates can be obtained from the Post Office.

Please note that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please note the cost of posting any returned items is also your responsibility.
